Protection is disabled, restart to enable

I understand this must be upsetting. To fix this we need to remove the old traces and reinstall the updated version. done that, used avg remover and avg clear tool and insatalled the new avg and it now says that the 2015 version is still installed, rebooted the system a number of times after cleaning again with no change

updated and restarted a number of time but get the same message on restart, tryed the FIX option with no change
