I bought INTERNET SECURITY UNLIMITED in August 2016 , and renewed it in August 2017.
Yesterday i opened it , and it notified me that my protection is disabled. It also suggested to "FIX" the problem, but when i press this button, the update that would solve the problem does not proceed.
Another suggestion was to restart my computer. So far, i have restarted it three times, and the problem has not yet resolved!
Could it be a problem with their server?
