Protection is disabled

If I go to "AVG Internet Security" then it says on the screen:

"protection is disabled".( red color )

Fix it now. ( repair it know )

Security is automatically turned on after the PC is restarted.

I do repair, but every time it comes the same on the screen. At the bottom all the Iconman are on "protected" ( green color ) . Why not in the top: "You are fully protected".

What is going wrong and what should I do. Now, i do not know how to fix it.

I apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused to you. It could be an issue caused to you with incomplete installation of AVG update files. I would request you to uninstall AVG Internet Security and re install it using the same license number.
