Protection is gone in my AVG Zen!

  1. Once uninstalled download the installation file using the link : http://www.avg.com/download to reinstall your AVG program.
    5. Run the downloaded file to start the installation process.
    6. Follow the instructions on your screen.  
    7. Complete the installation and restart your computer.

Hello Roberto,

We regret for the inconvenience caused. Please check whether you have installed any other conflicting applications like McAfee, Avast, Norton etc… on your PC, If so please uninstall the conflicting applications.
If not, please  click this link http://aa-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe to download and run the AVG Remover tool to remove all the traces of the AVG.
1. Please select the AVG products which are shown in the remover tool window and then start removal process.
2. After the remover tool process is successfully finished, restart your computer.
3. After the restart,  manually delete the AVG Remover folder in the C drive of My computer.

Something must have happened this morning to my PC because all of a sudden Protection was gone!

I tried to reinstall it 3 times but it stops at 90% and then fail.
I even try to fix this problem by reinstalling AVG Zen: no problems with Performance Pro and Web Tuneup but still not able to get Protection working.

Please advise
