It looks like AVG Sensitive Data shield is protecting the document.
If that is the case, please refer this article and navigate to the settings and stop protecting the document.

I wonder if somebody could help please?  While running a virus scan, I was informed that one of my Word documents was sensitive, so I clicked on the button to secure the document.  I now find I can't access this document.  It contains a lot of typing which I don't really want to have to re-type, plus I need to add more to this document.

I'd be really grateful if someone could advise me on how I can restore this document and remove AVG's security setting on it which has made it inaccessible.
