Protection Pro Blocking my Adobe CC products

We regret for the inconvenience caused to you. Please be informed that AVG paid version will check for updates every 2 hours automatically and installs them. This is to keep your AVG up to date with the latest definitions and protect your computer actively. It is not recommended to disable this updates. If you would insist, you can disable them as follows.
Open AVG Protection.
Click on Options and then select Advanced settings.
Expand "schedules" and click on Program update schedule.
Then uncheck the "Enable this task" on the right side to disable it.
Click OK or Apply to save the settings.

I am very disapointed over your last uppgrades of protection pro.
It has blockt my posibilities to use the hole Adobe suit CC two times now. I had to reset to an earlyer date and restart to get rid of your uppgrade. This crash happens when I am in the midle of  an editing process whitch take a lot of memory and AVG suddenly starts to uppgrade. Were can I find an option to let me controll when to uppgrade? My system is Win 10

Thanks for your answer. But I would rather prefer you have had an option that AVG send an advise before upgrading the database, so I could start the download after saving my job.
