The easiest thing to do would be to go to the License Retrieval (Close-icon) link and get an email with your current licenses. Then you can activate what you have installed (| AVG) with the new license. - John
Perchesed a renewal , down loaded update and never recieve license and now my computer is un protected. The dashboard says AVG Zen please advise on what in the h**l is going on.
