Late in March I received an e-mail of automatic renwal of my AVG protections
In the last few days I received notices that my protection had expired
Yesterday, April 25 I purchase a new renewal plan online (I have copies of your confirmation mails)
In checking on my AVG page today there are messages again that there was no renewal on my part.
Please explain and correct the problem
