does not help that we do not see the response here, have the same problem with coinminer and avg driver updater

I have the same issue. Upgraded Windows and it has posted CoinMiner as being associated with AVG Driver Updater.exe

This is a false detection as AVG Driver Updater.exe file is a clean file.
You can contact Windows and report that it is a false detection and ask them to whitelist.
If you do not wish to see the threat detection appearing for it, you can get into windows defender settings and add AVG Driver Updater.exe file to its exception.

Hello, in windows 10 windows defender has found the theat file: C:\Program Files (x86)\AVG Driver Updater\AVG Driver Updater.exe

Gaetan, it must be a false positive if AVG Driver Updater is being detected as a virus.
Please contact the AntiVirus support you use to report a false detection or to add an exception.
