I purchased AVG Internet Security Unlimited 2017 from Amazon.com and I tried to install using their instructions. I ended up with a 30 day trial instead. Last week, I spent about 3 hours on line with an AVG representative from Chat who claimed to have resolved the problem. Today, I got a notice about the number of days remaining on my "free trial."  I went and checked the install and, surely enough, it is another 30 day trial. What the heck?  I really don't care for any of the other AV programs out there but if I can't get this resolved I just might have to get a refund from Amazon and go to something else.
Can anyone here help?
