If you aren't interested to continue using the renewed subscription then please apply for refund using this link: https://support.avg.com/RefundForm?l= and mention that you wish to get refund for the purchase made on 29th November 2016 which is the auto renewed date.
Please feel free to contact us if you need any assistance.
I purchased an AVG antivirus on 13 Jan.2016 for one year. I found that an amount of Rs.999 was debited from my credit card on 29 Dec.2016, which may be subscription for another year. However, I have not subscribed the antivirus for another year and I have not used the card for that purpose. Will you please check how the money has been debited from my credit card account? Thanks
