I accepted an offer "black friday" for the purchase of AVG tune up and payed on 24/11/2020 22,48 € on the bank account that was given (be49001385768751, ref purchase 89072568560009). I have never been contacted by AVG afterwarts for tht installation of tune up. I also do not find a servive of AVG tot resolve this problem. What can I do ?
