Purchased 1 year today (Mar 2/25) but subscription ends Jan 26/26?

Purchased 1 year subscription today (Mar 2/25) but AVG dashboard reads that it expires Jan 26/26. Why? Can someone from support please fix this and get back to me? Thanks
