Purchased a product but no access to AVG

While verifying your account you have only AVG Performance multidevice as your active subscription. It is to keep you informed that the AVG Performance program is an all-in-one optimization program that fine-tunes your computer for maximum performance and to protect your computer from crashing. The AVG Protection and the Performance are two different product's, could you please let us know whether you have installed the Free version of the AVG Protection program on your PC?

I purchased a product which I thought was my security to be online, now AVG will not allow me access and says my security has run out.  I have a purchase number.  The product I purchased cost me something like £26.00, now AVG is asking me for something like £40.00.   Help please.
