Purchased AVG Licence key won't load after AVG re-install

This isn't the experience we want you to have. Let us attempt to sort this in a easier way.
Please let us know what happens exactly while activating. Do you receive any error message?
If so, share us the screenshot of it for better clarity.
Also, upon checking your account, we're unable to locate any subscriptions.

I am at my wits' end with AVG and Windows 10 incompatibility issues.  After AVG preventing a windows update, and on the advice of a windows support site, I uninstalled, then reinstalled the AVG software after doing a Windows 10 update. I am now unable to register my purchased AVG license key. Seriously hacked off and considering another product! :frowning:
