Purchased AVG PC TuneUp but wants me to buy it

I've been subscribed to AVG PC TuneUp (Multi-device) for some years, with auto-renewal in place.
For the last few days it won't run, and wants me to purchase it.
Of course, I already have purchased it, and been using it for years!
I have re-installed it from https://subscriptions.avg.com/ but it still wants me to purchase it.
How do I fix this problem?
