Purchased AVG Ultimate but only free version activated

Thanks for the reply.
I have been using AVG TuneUp for three years and there had no problem before. In fact, it was working well before and worked well, however, all of sudden my account turned into 'free user' now. I guess that after some update there is some kind of error in AVG server. 
I checked as you said and it is activated. But in my account, I have two subscriptions, AVG TuneUp Free and AVG Ultimate. I think that AVG server recognizes me as only the first one, free user'.

Can I remove the free subscription from my account?

I purchased AVG Ultimate version last October but recently it turned into free version. I tried to download it and installed again but it still shows free version. I feel like being cheated since I can use only 'free version' even paid fully.  

Does anyone know why this is?

You can use this AVG remover tool and AVG Clear tool to uninstall the AVG traces http://files-download.avg.com/util/tools/AVG_Remover.exe and https://share.avg.com/steam/PSP/AVG2017/AVG_Clear.exe. In the AVG clear tool, please select "NO" when you get a prompt to restart the computer in safe mode. Once it is uninstalled, please reinstall the AVG Ultimate using this link: http://files-download.avg.com/inst/mp/AVG_Ultimate_1827.exe
