Sorry to hear about this trouble. Please follow section C) of this http://avgclick.me/UninstallAVGAV article to uninstall AVG Zen. Once that's done, go to http://avgclick.me/InstallAV to install your AVG Internet Security. I've also sent the license number to your e-mail.

It was message showing that i need AVg So I install AVG Zen, free for 30 days. Next day message still there. I decided to purchase AVGfor $54, received code. I have tried to install, but message comes up,  showing that I have csomething not compatible. Could it be that Zen is preventing?T  Now I have an installation that does not work and cannot be uninstalled.  Does anyone know what to do now?
