Purchased but cant install

On Feb 25th I purchased AVG Internet Security 2015 (IMCCE-QSNBU-OZGB2-7CG22-M31WQ)
Plus PC Tune Up and (4) Express Installations.  Unable to install and HAVE NOT received the disc.  Please help!

Hi Mary,
I can see that you have 4 Express installation is there any reason why you didn't followed instruction and connected to Express installation service?
