My old PC died last week so I couldn't retrieve my AVG licence. I installed trial version of IS. Have just purchased IS unlimited and AVG secure VPN. Have tried to activate but it still says "Your Internet Security Trial expires in 22 Days"
Apparently I still had some IS (standard version) left over from my old PC, how do I clean all this up and just install what I have paid for?
I don't want them activated. I only bought them because you refused to recognise my email address and existing Paid For licence that doesn't expire till 2018.
So they are superfluous and I want a refund as I feel that I was tricked into buying them. Thank you.

Sorry to hear that. Please run AVG remover tool as mentioned in this article ( http://avgread.me/1DEtNP0 ) and this will remove older traces of AVG from your PC.
I am sorry to inform you that the purchase of AVG Internet Security - Unlimited and AVG Secure VPN has not reflected in our records. Please wait for 24 hrs and once it gets reflected, you will be able to activate it in your PC.

Hence I have escalated it to concerned team and it will be resolved soon. Once it is fixed, you will receive instructions to activate them in your PC.
