There is no license because you have purchased AVG Performance, please reinstall your  AVG using version availaible in AVG MyAccount and activate it as desctibed in https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Activate-AVG-Zen-Protection-Performance-or-Ultimate&l=en_US .

I already purchased AVG tune up online thru Amazon. But when I try and run the tune up it keeps asking me to purchase the product thru AVG website.
