Purchased subscriptions no longer showing

I followed your instructions but when I check my account I still only see the expired subscription and not the current one.  Does this take some time to update?  Did I do something wrong?  Please advise.

I purchased a 2 year multi-device AVG Ultimate subscription in December 2020 and now it has disappeared from my Subscriptions listing.  Can someone please help me figure out what happened?  All my AVG installations are showing as expired!

PLEASE HELP!

When I try to activate, all I see when I log in is the expired subscription.  I have the activation code for the 2-year subscription I purchased in December 2020 but the install looks for a current subscription.

Am I doing something wrong?

You are not seeing the new AVG Ultimate (Multi-device) subscription listed in AVG MyAccount because you bought it from a reseller.
I have escalated your request to concerned team. They will make sure the product is added to the subscriptions list in AVG MyAccount and send you an email confirmation.
