I purchased the Ultimate Performance, formerly the tune up tool. I couldn't see it in the dashboard even though I was connected. I tried installing this element directly and I get a failure code
0xC0070643: General error (0x0643)
I uninstalled AVG Free and reinstalled it. I still get the same code and see no where where it says connected or anything like that which is where the email suggests that I should be able to get the new features I have just purchased. What is going on? Please help or I'm demanding a refund.
