I am sorry to hear that AVG Free Antivirus 2017 got installed in your PC and needs to activate it to get AVG Internet Security. To activate AVG Internet Security, please open AVG->Antivirus->Menu->About->Select 'Subscriptions' tab in right top corner->Click on “Enter license” ->Fill the license number and click “ ENTER LICENSE”->Update will start automatically. Then AVG Internet Security will get activated in your PC.

I purchased an AVG license in May and all was going well, however, a new version has self-installed on my laptop and when I inquired about that new version (17.4.3014), it is a free version with basic setting and protection. Why exactly did I pay 72$ for a full protection? I would like to receive the protection that I paid for.
