I have purchased the PC Tuneup and the Secure VPN but my dashboard doesn't show that or a "connect" to activate. What do I need to do?

Thank you for choosing AVG. I am sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with activating AVG. Please double-click the AVG icon on your desktop to open AVG management console (formerly known as AVG Zen).
You must see "Connect" on the top right hand corner of AVG Zen window. You may see your email address instead of "Connect" if you have already logged in. Also, Secure VPN must be one of the 4 tiles you see on AVG Zen interface. If you still experience any issues, please share a screenshot ( http://avgclick.me/getscreenshot ) of AVG you are looking at to assist you better.
Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.
