as I have stated several times last night on chat…it will not reboot in save mode.  AVG tune up either corrupted windows or put a windows component to sleep so I cannot even get into windows to restore my computer.   

I am VERY upset with AVG & the lack of support with this issue that has made a new laptop unusable.
