Putting i-Clink Maintenance ICON on desktop

I understand your concern.

I am sorry to inform that "1 Click maintenance" icon can no longer be created on your desktop. This feature is stopped from the latest version of AVG.

I just purchased and downloaded/installed AVG Ultimate.  So far, all's well.  How do I put 1-Click Maintence function on Desktop as an icon … the way it was when I had TUne-Up util 2014?
