Putting things to sleep

Hello Carol,

We believe that you are using the new version of AVG TuneUp program.
If yes, open AVG TuneUp program and click on "speed up" component.
Select "background & startup programs" from it.
Select "sleeping programs" and check whether the program that you refer is mentioned on the list.
If yes, click on "wake" option available near it and check whether you are able to access the program.
Keep us posted.

i put to sleep something I shouldn't have and now I can barely get the brouser to work nor the websites to open nor typing to type etc.  How do I undo this sleep thing?  I have ASUS w/Windows 7 or 10.  It admits to both.
