Before modifying firewall settings, we'd suggest you to identify the component that is causing the issue & let us know.
To do so, follow the steps that are mentioned below 'Disable AVG components individually' in this article.
If you've already disabled Firewall & identified that it is causing the issue, let us know.
I use Intuit Quickbooks Desktop Pro 2019. I've used the feature that allows me to e-mail billing statements to clients directly from QB (rather than timely process of printing statement, scanning it and then e-mailing it as we are currently doing).
I spoke with QB to get this feature set up and after trouble shooting they determined that our AVG is blocking the e-mails from sending. When we turn off AVG, the e-mails will send.
How do I get around the firewall or set an exception for Intuit Quickbooks?
