QBittorrent suddenly blocked by AVG, I really start to hate AVG internet security

This morning I noticed that my QBittorrent has no up or download. QBitorrent in combination with AVG Internet security has worked fine till this morning.
My actions:
I Open QBittorrent and AVG Internet Security is activated.
I have no up or download with QBittorrent. QBittorent is connected, I have DHT nodes, but no up or downloads data.
When I completely close my AVG, QBittorrent starts to work fine. I don't restart, the up and download directly start.
When I only close AVG Firewall, QBittorent still has the same problems, no up or downloads.
I have 2 questions:
Question 1: How can I fix this problem with QBittorrent?
Question 2: How can I protect my system from AVG internet security, so that AVG can not decide to close the programs that I wish to use? It's not the first time that AVG destroys a great working system and I have to search again how to fix it.
