I understand your concern. Please be informed that AVG Internet Security does include "Secure DNS" component which provides the same level of protection. So, it is not necessary to have other security programs. This will conflict with each other and slow down your computer performance.

Hi someone has recommended I get Quad 9 internet protection for DNS protections as a double layer protection on top of my current AVG.

Does anyone know if this is necessary?
