Quarantine empty or nonexistent

Greetings, I'm having a problem with recovering some .exe files from the quarantine. To be precise, when I'm opening the quarantine tab from the avg app, the quarantine doesn't load, it's empty or it just doesn't exist. I checked the xml file C:\ProgramData\AVG\Antivirus\chest\index.xml and it says that all the files are there
