This is a very disappointing experience.
My vendor had updated my PC system, including AVG software, yesterday.
I'm using AVG Business Ver 18.4.3056 btw.
To my horror, AVG proceeded to quarantine all files that were in my Sandisk thumbdrive and left the thumbdrive "Empty".
Followed the instructions found (that were found on AVG website) to restore the files but restore function did not work.
To my dismay, this problem seems to have exist since early 2017 without any solutions.
AVG please do something about this.
Very disappointing indeed.
Are there any heros out there who can advise?

Please be informed that this Community forum basically deals with 'home' version of AVG products. Furthermore the "Business products" area has now been removed from the 'Community topics' list @ the top LHS of this page. Finally please be informed that the support for "Business products" is not now available within this Community.
