Hello Francisco,
Sorry for the delay in responding. Yes, you can save/backup the exception list in AVG. Please refer this article AVG Antivirus: General Settings for more information.
Hello Francisco,
I really appreciate your efforts in providing us with valuable information. I see that you have installed AVG Internet Security 2016 version on your computer. At this point, I request you to remove AVG completely along with any previous traces using the AVG clear tool/AVG Remover tool and then do a fresh installation of AVG Internet Security. This will ensure that none of the previous traces of AVG are left on your computer and you have an updated version. (1/2)
What I would like to know is how I can backup the list of exceptions in cause I have to uninstall avg and reinstall it so I don't have to create the llist another time.

Hello Francisco,
I am sorry to know that.
Will you be able to provide the screenshot of the message that appears when you try to clear quarantine files?
To take a screenshot please follow the instructions mentioned in this link: http://avgread.me/1aZxsAV and attach the image to this post.

If you have added exceptions to AVG then you can find the list of it by getting into settings.
The settings option differs in 2016 and 2017 version of AVG.
If you let us know the version that is installed it will be easy for us to provide steps to find exceptions that are added.

I don't get any error, just what you see in the screenshot, I already deleted the folder, made a check of the entired disk and scanned the previous folder where was the deleted folder but noting has changed, always the same notification,

Thank you for providing screenshot.
I see that you still have the 2016 version which won't be having the option to save the settings.
This was explained in previous post and we provided steps to remove 2016 version and install latest 2017 version which only has the option to take backup of settings.
Francisco, please provide the screenshot of the AVG exception window which will help us to assist further.

Thank you for providing the screenshot, Francisco. Are you getting any error message when trying to remove the threat? If you face any difficulties, please go to the location in D drive and remove that folder or application from your computer and then scan your Pc with AVG and check it.
