Hi Michele,
This isn't the experience we want you to have.
Please clarify whether the file quarantined is available on your local machine.
Meanwhile, as this isn't the usual behavior, you can try repairing AVG program once & restart the computer to check if it helps.
I think I was able to get it into the exclusion file. I had to manually add it in. I am no longer having the error message when I try opening my fonts in Cricut Design Space. Fingers crossed it's fixed!! Thank you.
Appreciate your technical knowledge, Michele.
Usually, AVG blocks a file/url if it finds suspicious & notifies it to you.
As it isn't recommended to add exclusion without checking the legitimacy of a file, we'd suggest you to submit a false positive request.
Once you submit a request, a group of analysts will review the file & whitelist it, if it is found to be safe or goes through the clean notes of AVG.
I had a few files that went into quarantine. I was able to restore two out of the three files. I've tried several times to restore a file (that I know is safe) and I keep getting an error message saying the file can not be restored. Does anyone know how to fix this? The file is fonts I used for my Cricut Design Space. I'm really upset because I need those fonts!
