Quarantined file

Hello Patricia,

I apologize for the inconvenience. Please provide the screenshot http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-create-a-screenshot of the threat detection message to check and assist further.

Do also let us know if you get any error message when you try to restore the program from quarantine.

I had a file for over 6 months on my computer (Windows 7) with AVG free. I was then given, unsolicited, a trial 'upgrade' to a paid version. The file disappeared. I can restore it but it vanishes again almost immediately. An IT professional has scanned the file from the internet and finds nothing wrong with it. The threat is described as PDF:UrlMal-inf [Trj].  I now get a notice about this file on screen every few minutes, telling me that it has been quarantined. I have twice uninstalled and reinstalled AVG free but this does not help. I cannot uninstall AVG TuneUp. What next??
