Quarantined Files Cannot be Deleted

Check if the AVG Internet Security program is up to date updated.
AVG >> Menu >> Settings >> General >> Update.
And also can you confirm that you followed these steps to delete the files in the Quarantine :

I cannot delete suspected Malware files from the Quarantine Folder despite numerous attempts, close downs, restarts and re-runs of AVG. Can I have the e-mail with instructions for deleting "un-deletable" files held in Quarantine please. Many thanks. Vincent
