The link to my e-mail in CenturyLink is telling me that the file has been determined to be Malware and has been securely placed in my Quarantine File.......BUT.....it's not there, so I can't delete it. Any idea how I can get into my e-mail?

I am sorry for the inconvenience caused. May I know which web browser are you using to login to your email account? Please try to use a different web browser and check if the resolve your issue.
Also, I would request you to open AVG Internet Security and click on Menu->Settings-> Components->Online shield->Customize->Main settings-> uncheck HTTPS scan and see if that fix this issue.
