Question about AVG comparing to Avast

Hello Ququhang.
Thank you for contacting us. Please note that only the necessary services of AVG to protect your computer and the the services required by the program to run will be started. We would like to assure you there is nothing unnecessary which will consume your computer's resources. In general, the performance depends on many factors (OS type and version, Hardware configuration, other running applications, virus scan in progress etc.), however, the fact that there are more background processes does not necessarily mean the overall performance will be lower. Thank you.
