Quick Fix Wont let computer work

My AVG is still showing as trial version with 13 days to go. Is there a fix for what it has done to my computer. I am getting desperate. I cannot open any of my games cant edit any of my pics in Office picture manager and god knows what else. Its also slower than it has ever been. Someone must know how to sort this please please please

Hello Joyce,
Could you please let us know whether you are facing issues with the trial version of the AVG PC TuneUp program? If so please follow the instructions below to restore the changes made by the AVG PC TuneUp program :
1. Open AVG PC TuneUp program.
2. Click on the Rescue Center on the right bottom corner.
3. Click on Undo Changes.
4. Select and restore the changes made by the AVG PC TuneUp program.

I  installed quick fix and ran the scan then followed all recommended instructions. Now I cannot open half my programs not even a simple calculator. Tried system restore and it wont even open. What do i do now as half my stuff won't open. How do I reverse the damage it seems to have done? I really am frustrated about it now.

Hi Kishore just want to say thank you very much for your help. I contacted the technical support team and they have now removed the prog and sorted the computer for me. I really appreciate your takng the time to help me out

Thank you for the information, it seems that your trial version got expired already, please check and confirm if you are able to see any expire notifications on your AVG PC Tuneup trial program. Because, the rescue center option won't have any suggestions to undo the changes once the program gets expired. Thank you for your understanding.

Thank you very much for getting back to me. I have received instructions for a connection to the supposrt team for them to be able to sort things out. I will remote connect with them tommorrow when there is more time rather than right now as its a bit late. Many thanks for your help. Will let you know how it works out.

Thannks for the reply.
It is the trial version of the tune up program yes. I tried the rescue centre and there is nothing there to undo any changes. Nothing to restore.

Yes the AVG PC tune up is still active as i am not sure how to disable it. I am afraid to do any more with it in case i make the situation worse.
