1) Please let me know the Operating system file that has been deleted by the TuneUp function. 
There must be a misunderstanding. I have not lost any operating system file yet because I have not used the Fix now-button yet. 
 2) May I know the issue that you are facing with your computer after the TuneUp?

3) Have you installed AVG PC TuneUp program in your computer?
No. I use the builtin function of AVG Antivirus Free.

My simple question is: Can you garantee that i don´t get rid of any vital file of my operating system in case i use the Fix now-function?

1) If you have not installed AVG PC TuneUp program, the Fix performance in the AVG AntiVirus free will only detect the performance issues, it will not fix the detected issues.
2) AVG PC TuneUp will tuneup your computer performance and improve it. It will not delete any of the vital files in your system.

Can I trust the result of the Quick Tune analysis for 100% so that it not happens, (when I push the Fix now-button), that files disappear which I need for the function of my OS (Win 8.1)?

Hello Hans, For your information on all the AVG antivirus program dashboard we have a button called "Fix Performance". The reason we had this is to know about the AVG PC TuneUp feature. When the customers click on Fix Performance a PC Analyzer window gets opened up and it will scan and display the results of all the errors found on your PC but it will only scan it but it won't fix the issues. To fix the issues you have to purchase the license for AVG PC TuneUp and install it. If you are interested you can purchase it and make use of the AVG PC TuneUp or only with the free Analyzer it won't affect any of your PC files. It just shows the scan results that these many errors found. Thank you.
