Quick Tune Component Conflict With Windows 10

I do "auto pay" for license renewal every year. Am I wrong to expect the most recent version of AVG Internet Protection updates to be loaded to my PC? I just payed for my most recent update a few months ago. Please reply.

We  sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. In that case, could you please do let me know the name of the AVG product that you have installed on your computer. Since your using the AVG 2013 product, which is considered to be out dated. I would request you to download the new updated 2016 version from our official AVG website.Please feel free to get back to us for any issues with AVG.

I recently installed Windows 10. Since it has been installed, My AVG Quick Tune component freezes at 23%. I noticed other AVG users are experiencing the same problem. Is there a remedy for the problem?
I have a licensed version of AVG 2013, build 3532. Thank you.

I certainly understand your concern. Please note that the program updates and the program upgrade is different. Updates can be installed automatically but the upgrade to a newer version must be done manually. Please have a look at the steps in this article ( http://avgclick.me/UpgradeToLatest ) to upgrade AVG to latest version.
