My computer appears to have been infected with "Quicklisti" advert malware. AVG has not stopped it. 
Large messages are appearing in the bottom right corner of my screen, but closing them only has the same ones appearing a few seconds later.
I have run AVG tuneup several times.
How do I get rid of it ?
Why has AVG not stopped it ?
