I installed AVG AntiVirus on my Android device last year in February - at this time I used another email-adress. This year in February I got a notification that my Abonnement will continue and the money was taken down from my bank account. I realised that I wanted to end the Abonnement and tried a lot of ways to do this but nothing worked. I already changed my email adress because the old one doesn't work anymore. But when I enter my AVG-account It's not possible to end the abonnement. What shall I do?
