Ran AVG PC TuneUp, Computer now WORSE!

Hello Terry,
We regret for the inconvenience caused. Please follow the instructions below to restore the changes made by the AVG PC TuneUp program :
1. Open AVG PC TuneUp program.
2. Click on the Rescue Center on the right bottom corner.
3. Click on Undo Changes.
4. Select and restore the changes made by the AVG PC TuneUp program.

The icon for mouse is jumping up and down. 
I type, and the first words don't show up, and the next words slowly come  in, then suddenly flood in! Insane way to try to type!  Happens when I am on Facebook, or using G+ or using Youtube.  My DSL is working fine per Ookla. Something is going on with this Windows 10 I think … I hate this OS.
SLOW SLOW SLOW getting from different pages while online. I use Google Chrome and I think it could be that. Keep getting messages saying its plugin is "off" or whatever. But then, I am USING IT … so what's going on? 
Tried to do complete check, and it got stuck at 11% … could NOT turn it off, had to remove battery and start over FOUR times, still has not completed the entire check. Can't do it. 
WHAT IS WRONG WITH MY COMPUTER??
