Ran AVG Tune Up Now All My Passwords Are GONE

It is Chrome… they just did an update and now none of my logins passwords are kept… even though I have it checked in Chrome… I've done nothing different it been working fine for years… up until today… I'm really not happy

Rang AVG TUNE UP and all my passwords are gone?.. how do I get them back… I did system restore… didn't help… this is a major issue

Thank you for the information.

It seems that you have cleared the cookies and passwords in the Chrome browser using the AVG TuneUp. You would have got the option to uncheck it during the optimization.

Unfortunately, we can't restore the passwords back.

Did you click on the check box (tick box) option to clear the browser in the AVG TuneUp?

Could you mention the browser in which you are facing this issue?

We could see that the browser and the cookies option are unchecked. It seems that the issue isn't with AVG.

Could you contact the Chrome support and check for the issue again.
