Hello,
I have a charge of -93,99 Eur in my credit card. I don't understand why. I dont’ have AVG installed on my PC, neither an account. I have even not received any email about suscriptions or charges or anything related with AVG.

The details are:

Date: 28/09/2023
Subject: DRI*AVG Technologies www.avg.com
Amount:  -93,99 eur

Please explain how is it possible, and proceed a refund process please.
