Random Disconnections lately

Windows 11, AVG Ultimate, AVG VPN, etc…  Anyways…
Between a recent Win11 Update and/or AVG VPN Update, something caused problems.
I'm thinking that it's within the AVG VPN itself, some setting got tweaked or whatever, that's causing the issue… (Or vice versa, that I need to tweak within VPN to be happy with Win11)…
As Having the VPN turned off, there aren't such disconnection issues.

Any ideas are greatly appreciate in advance!

Thank You!,
Ed

Thank you.

Thank You Very Much!!!

Switching it from Automatic to WireGuard has absolutely corrected the issue for me.
I'm assuming the Automatic probably switches between the options at times, which ends up being a quick split second, seperation from the internet, which has been why that game client disconnects back to the login on their end. Meaning that their client is sending some sort of 'signal" causing the vpn to switch it up. Now I can let that game provider know this information as well.
(Also, being the quick/easy fix for anyone else inquiring with you guys/girls at support here, with related such issues)…

Thank you Very Much!!
Ed

Also, if they manage to post something regarding the exact issue, perhaps… I'll be sure to mention it here, for others that may encounter such issue(s) in the future…

(Will also say whether or not they tell us, which would of course be no help if they don't say what they discovered! :-!)

Appreciate your efforts in working towards fixing the issue, Edward.
From your message, it seems that the issue could be with the game itself.
Keep us posted!

Thank you for providing us the info, Ed.
Appreciate your efforts in working towards fixing the issue.
As this seems to be an unusual behavior, we'd suggest you to repair AVG Secure VPN once to ensure that all the services are running fine.
To do so : Go to control panel - Apps - Apps & features - Right click on AVG Secure VPN - Choose Uninstall - Select Repair in the setup wizard - follow onscreen instructions - Restart computer once & check.

Unfortunately I haven't gotten any such error message, or codes. It just disconnects from the server after about 2minutes roughly (Haven't timed it specifically)
I'm certain that it's just a simple "conflict" with the VPN and their server client. As, from what I've encountered is just with that particular game.
I've tried using diffrrent vpn locations and such, but same results of it dropping the connection.
Also compared with vpn and firewall, no firewall, just vpn, firewall with no vpn, etc…
It only happens with the VPN activated though.
(Also, it's specific to this particular laptop as well, Have done the same comparison(s) on another laptop here, but no such issue. The other laptop is running Win10 though, rather than win11 as this one is)… So perhaps a clash between the vpn settings and win11???

I've basically exausted all Ideas I can personally think of to remedy the issue.
May even simply be something within that game companies client recent update(s) clashing…??

I simply don't know.l Simply just hoping for any possible idea(s) to tweak on my end, within the VPN and/or avg software in general…

(As for now, I've simply just been playing the game without VPN on, and dealing with the little bit of lag, as it's run out of Brasil, while I'm here in the USA.

Thank you for your time.
Any ideas are greatly appreciated in advance!
Ed

Ironically… Call it whatever aspects… :-!..
But the particular game that I've been referring to (Without mentioning of course), but anyways.
They themselves have referred to such disconnection issues. So They're doing a full fledged "Maintenance" to address such issues… sigh… :-! lol…
(Here I've been thinking AVG-VPN wise, simple aspect, just pin point it… while it's probably been on their side this whole time! lol)…

Again though,
Thank You For Your time. Etc.
Greatly Appreciated.
Ed

(PS… I'm sure I'll screw something up soon enough, causing me to be right back here! lol).
