I am getting a message everytime I scan my PC to say that 'Ransomer' has been detected/removed. Does this mean I am beiing continually re-infected or that it has not truly been removed

Alan, I have followed the link/thread, the issue is exactly the same for me- nothing inVault, not allowed to delete file, continuously re-appears. The suggestions by AVG staff do not seem to have solved the issue (I also have installed the latest version). Is there not any way either of us can delete the virus so that it does not get 'dectected/healed' everytime we run a scan.
