My apologies for delay in handling your case. Once the files got encrypted by Ransomware, we do not have an option to decrypt them. You would have installed AVG Antivirus free/AVG Internet Security for your computer protection.

No Sir. I have not been able to find any decryptor for the encrypted files. I contacted the ransomware people, they are demanding money for decryption. I think it is better to pay professionals and legit cos. for the service rather than to some criminals. I request AVG to please help me in decrypting my files.
Hi… My system has been infected with ransomware and all the files have been encrypted and extension of all the files has changed to ransomed@india at the end. Can anyone please help me as to how I can decrypt my files.
